Headquartered in Ganado, TX, Neumann Welding Inc. is one of the fastest growing Facility and Pipeline Contractors. At NWI we deliver a full range of services such as: Construction, Maintenance, Integrity, as well as many other specialty services that span the entire oil and gas lifecycle. Our objective is to establish a positive relationship with our clients, and tailor our services to meet our client’s requirements and needs, all while remaining focused on quality and safety.

Joey Neumann

Founder & CEO

After being in the oil and gas industry for over fifteen years, Joseph (Joey) Neumann founded Neumann Welding, Inc., in 2011. While the company began in Texas, Joey has expanded the company and a team in the oil and gas industry into surrounding states as well. Our customers rely on us no matter how big the challenge or project, because we a have proven record for stellar safety and exceptional quality.

At NWI, we strive for three important core values: Safety, Quality, and Service. Our welders and employees meet every project requirement with these three values that are instilled upon them from the time of hire. These values are the guide to all business decisions.

We are committed to maintaining and providing a safe work environment for our employees and our clients at all times. We believe that all injuries can be prevented through the appropriate training of employees, equipment, and operational procedures, and staff empowered with a “stop work authority” if at any time they feel they are unsafe or in an unsafe working environment. Safety is our first priority and we comply with any and all client-specific training, testing, and safety tracking requirements through ISNetWorld.

All of our welders and employees are qualified and we conduct on-going training programs and field trainings to ensure all employees continue to improve and stay on top of operator qualifications. We provide a positive, enjoyable, quality-oriented, winning, motivational, and safe working environment.
